Sometimes we just need someone to give us a loving kick in the butt or an annoying chirp in the ear to get the ball rolling and maintain the momentum of doing the good things we should be doing for ourselves.
And we aren’t actually doing these things because our brains are sabotaging us. All. The. Time. And sometimes we’re suffering alone and don’t have anyone in our lives to be that person. That’s where I come in.
My Mental Health Bestie Programs are designed to give you the support and accountability you are craving while on your mental health journey.
PSA: This is not therapy or crisis management. I am not a trained doctor or clinician.
This is for the person who needs accountability for doing the things we need to do but don’t want to do in order to support our mental health and try to feel a bit better and less alone.
Don’t get me wrong, we’ll definitely talk about your shit. But more in a dishing the dirt to your best friend while stuffing your face with chocolate kind of way and then thinking through realistic ways we can make things better.
